Happy Mothers Day!

Enjoying my coffee right now while kids and hubby are "slaving" away in the kitchen...and not so quietly, haha...preparing my Mother's Day breakfast...a tradition I really LOVE!!!

A parade of pink dedicated to all you wonderful moms...enjoy!


Dogwoods are still looking great.



These tulips are still blooming well as they are in the north-facing garden. I love those peachy-pink ones.
And the big.....TA DA! The clematis montana vine in full bloom...yikes, she's taking over the star magnolia!

And last, but never least, lil' Bandit sends his love!
The weather is just about perfect today...sunny, but cool...so you know where I'll be..burning off the breakfast calories! Have a great one!

    Beautiful Pictures!
    My flowering trees did not bloom very well this year...We have had maybe too much rain, and strong winds here in Ohio. Hope you don't mind if I sit, and admire your pictures..lol

    Lynn everything is so beautiful - that Clematis is huge. I don't think I've ever seen one that big. And Bandit looks so cute with all of the flower petals covering the ground.

    Hey, funny..hi Linda and Linda!! I've been out for two hours and it's hot! even with the breeze..doing some transplanting and finally cutting back my butterfly bush...way behind on that chore!     I love your dogwood and clematis. The clematis looks a lot like a Japanese anemone flower. Your Bandit looks so cute in all the pink petals. Happy Mother's Day!

    Ms.Robin, that pink snow is all blowing in the garage now and making quite a mess. The blossoms did not stay on the trees long this year with all the rain we had.

    You're right, Catherine, the close up of the clematis does resemble a pink anemone. Hope you had a great Mother's Day with your girls, too!

    What gorgeous photos Lynn! Sounds like you had a wonderful Mother's Day.

    Your clematis looks like it's about to take over the world - it's gorgeous. Bandit's adorable - is he a Maltese?

    Lawn Man and the kids handled brunch here, and I got to play in the garden all morning, and bring out most of the plants overwintering indoors.
